Once you have created your colourful, sparkly slime you open up the handbag storage box by turning the large handle at the top and lift open the front. The slime is very gloopy when you first get it out but you have to work it in your hands for a while and it starts to change in consistency and become less sticky. Georgia and Theobald, a pair of circus performers from Didsbury, are looking to demolish their family castle and build a soulless 5000 square foot glass box with complicated jaunty angles suitable for their growing family (as long as their feral children stay strapped into their beds at all times and don’t touch anything). Unfortunately the seal had broken slightly on our pot of Glam Goo and so some of the slime had leaked out and started to solidify but luckily there was still ample slime to play with.

I knew one of the grem’s mates would love joining in with her and we took one of the deluxe kits over to their house over half-term for some slime fun! The slime starts off being awfully sticky when you get it out of the tub, but after work it and kneading it (like you would bread) and roll it into a ball before you add the glitters, scent or colour. We opened the pack of slime and started to add some sparkles, Meme choosing the white ones and Harri putting a bit of everything in.

You just simply get a bit of the glam goo, add the colours, sparkle etc you want and mix it about in your hands until it thickens up. Caitlin made some pink slime with heart sparkles, lilac with some more sparkles and a bit of scent and a green simmer one. We received a meal and a bottle of wine in at The Mutton at Hazeley Heath in exchange for this review. It is fun for children pose with the accessories, but how responsible your child is will depend on if you let them keep the Glam Goo in them while they play unsupervised.

Big A was very excited to review these and when she told her friends she had ‘glam goo’ they were very envious. The packs are aimed at 6 years plus and I am careful to make sure the toddler doesn’t get hold of them.It would have been nice to separate the slime and make it different colours but it was just too sticky.
